JSC Ignetas is a worldwide subcontractor for small companies as well as for huge companies. Our company provides these services: plastic injection moulding (automated injection as well as metal overmoulding), CNC turning, robotic or hand welding, riveting, product assembly, packaging, custom industry automation projects.
Company Ignetas has been successfully growing each year. In year 2017 Ignetas has established two new manufacturing facilities in city Vilnius. There are over 2.000 sq. meters of manufacturing area in these facilities. The whole factory uses extended machinery energy which is accumulated to heat the buildings themselves. In year 2018 company installed 120 kW solar energy power plant. This project ensured that all needed electricity for manufacturing and administration will be provided from solar energy. In year 2020 we invested in new automated plastic injection machinery as well as fully automated turning machinery which significantly reduce energy consumption and ensure JSC Ignetas ability to produce more complex and more precise products. We use German or Swiss made machines to ensure our production capacity and meet global quality standards.
We have ISO 9001:2015 certificate as well as Green energy certificate. This certificate confirms that our investments were appropriate and we use 100% solar energy that we produce ourselves.

SERVICES
Will Can Do
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING
We use only Arburg machinery in our plastic injection section. These machines are capable to produce precise plastic parts which can be used in automotive or even in medical industry. Excess heat from the machines is used to heat up the building itself. We are using every kWh efficiently because we care. In year 2017 we invested in 160 tons all electric Arburg machine. In year 2020 we upgraded all the rest of our machines to the newest ones. We are capable to produce very fast cycles or high precision cycles depending on part complexity.
PACKING
For our customers we deliver already packed products. Whether it is small packages of plastic products or heavy metal parts we always find the solution how to pack these things up. Labels for shop packages or loose products in wooden box it's all up to you.

ASSEMBLY
In company Ignetas we are possible to assemble technical parts. Either is it big metal construction or small complex product our engineers find the solution to merge separate parts to a whole product. We can advice how to make fixtures or how to join metal parts with plastic. Ignetas has experience in many different parts assembly, from automated stopping products to household devices.
CNC TURNING
In collaboration with our sub company Vitrimta we are one of the strongest in mass production CNC turning in Baltics. Leading technological advantage let us produce complex automotive parts in just seconds. In year 2018-2019 all the machinery has been replaced to a new Swiss and German made automatic CNC turning machines. We are subcontractors for the main automotive industry partners all over the world.
